Currently, Lakes Entertainment LACO.PK owns a 62 percent stake in World Poker Tour Enterprises WPTE, the company that runs the World Poker Tour. WPTE's stock shot down by about 10% in trading today due to this news.

Lakes Entertainment apparently needs cash in order to continue operating. More information can be found in this Press Release.
